THE BEEZER /RIVEROAKS PROJECT

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

  • This project's boundaries are I-80, the irrigation canal, West El Camino and the Orchard extension (North of West El Camino).  *See map below.

  • This project has been approved by the City Council.  After many months of meetings, revisions at the insistence of the ROCA Land Use Committee, interactions with Councilman Ray Treatheway for various concessions, the Beazer project has broken ground.  Because of Councilman Treatheway's intervention, the West El Camino bridge and road upgrade is now finished in advance of this project.

Thank you, Councilman Treatheway, for all your hard work on the improvements of West El Camino and the Beazer Projects.

  • The Beezer at River Oaks Project consists of a mixture of Single Family Dwellings and 10 pack Condominiums.  The 10-pack concept combines 10 condominiums of various sizes into on structure or "complex."

  • Number of rooftops presently equals approximately  650. The project will include 10 acres of park space, a club house and pool.  The Community will be overseen and maintained by a Homeowners Association  who will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping, the parks and structures.  It will NOT be a gated community.
