ROCA COMMITTEES

There are presently Five ROCA Committees.  These committees have been created to improve and protect the living standards and intelligent developing of the ROCA area. 

Land Use

  1. Chaired by Melinda Bradbury
  2. Vice chaired by Jules Tran
  3. Members include: Ron Bane, David Brady,  Jon Chase, Barbara Franklin, Ron Johnson, Barry Kane, Jim Miller, , Bill Quaglia, Sue Redding,  Rachel Perry, Randy Pestor, Alex Sandoval, John Shiels, and  Jules Tran.
  4. Functions to oversee proposed and developing land use issues within ROCA and its surrounding borders.
  5. meetings are held on the first Wednesdays of each month
  6. Located at the South Natomis Community Center, 2921 Truxel  Dr
