NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

AREA 4 LEADERSHIP COUNCIL:

The Area 4 Leadership Council meets monthly on the Second Monday of the Month in a round-table forum and is comprised of Neighborhood Services Department (NSD) Staff members, City Department Heads, Guest speakers from the City, County or State Agencies, Guest Speakers relating to Community Interests / Issues, and Civilian Community Leaders.

The forum is design to discuss current City/County programs, developments, and issues, Community issues and challenges, reports from City Department heads, and current City / County / Community calendar of events and meetings.

NOTE:   To have issues discussed at this forum, please contact your local Community Association leadership
        Allow them to make comments at this meeting.  General Public may attend but please allow leadership
        to represent and comment on your concerns

 Meetings are held at EITHER the South Natomas
        Community Center- 2921 Truxel Road, next to Library, OR Robertson Community Center, 3525 Norwood    
        Ave.

Neighborhood Response Team (NRT):

This forum is designed to follow and coordinate activities / action items concerning persistent and chronic building / vehicle code violations.  Illegal dumping is referred to Solid Waste and monitored by the team until the issue is resolved.

Area 4 is divided into several zones.  The ROCA area is included in Zone 1.  Leaders from every Community Sub-Division are encouraged to join this endeavor.  (See Map) 

Contact your Zone 1 Representative, Bill Quaglia, 916-220-1441 with any persistent and chronic code violations within the ROCA boundaries
